Styled to Perfection at Wente Family Vineyard: Wine, Design & a Dream Team

There are shoots — and then there are moments. This day at Wente Vineyards was one of those rare times when everything aligned: the setting, the light, the team, the energy. We were graced with perfect California weather — warm sunshine and a soft breeze drifting through the trees — setting the stage for a truly golden experience.

The creative vision behind the day was masterfully brought to life by Lo & Behold Events. From planning and design to curating the dream vendor team, Lauren’s thoughtful touch was felt in every detail. Her leadership and style made the day feel elevated, effortless, and beautifully cohesive.

Wente didn’t just offer a beautiful backdrop; it created an atmosphere. Guests and creatives were treated to an unforgettable spread: a bountiful charcuterie board, fresh ceviche, juicy sliders, chips with guacamole and salsa, flavorful noodles — and, of course, their world-class wine. Each sip and bite felt like a celebration of the land itself.

The ceremony space was nestled on a wide, tree-lined lawn with Wente’s signature white walls offering clean, sunlit contrast. Under the shade of elegant white umbrellas from Lo + Co Event Rentals, guests were surrounded by natural, airy florals by Fanfare Florals, thoughtfully placed alongside rattan chairs and ceramic vessels. Parasol baskets and small lounge vignettes added comfort and charm to the relaxed yet elevated setting.

Inside the wine cave, the vibe shifted into intimate romance. Long farm tables were draped in deep green velvet linens from Napa Valley Linens, accented by glowing candles and sculptural floral arrangements from Fanfare Florals. Blooms spilled from the table edges and nestled among wine barrels, creating a cozy and immersive dining space.

@amandaencelan, our model and stylist, brought the entire vision to life with her effortless poise. @dvnartistry created a glowing, soft glam makeup look that felt both fresh and timeless. Amanda wore a modern-meets-romantic gown by Ms. Sister — its movement in the breeze, paired with the vineyard architecture, added just the right amount of drama.

The cocktail hour, patio, and event center transitioned the event from sun to shade, garden to indoor elegance. Anne Mendenhall Florals styled these spaces with sculptural, textured arrangements that played beautifully against the wood tones and soft draping. From a floral-wrapped bar to curated cafe table blooms, every element carried the aesthetic forward. The draping inside the event center, installed by Fantasy Sound & Events, softened the architecture and gave the room a warm, inviting glow.

One of the standout visual moments? The checkerboard dance floor and bistro lighting from Standard Event Rentals. Tucked beneath the trees, this setup created a gathering point that was both elevated and fun — perfect for golden hour mingling and dancing under the stars.

Paper goods and signage added another thoughtful layer to the story:

  • Lucky Orchid Designs crafted a cohesive and elevated signage + invitation suite

  • Letterati added delicate, hand-lettered calligraphy

  • Vignette du Vin painted custom watercolor wine portraits — a personal keepsake guests won’t soon forget

Entertainment and ambiance flowed effortlessly:

Photography and video were captured with care and creativity by Dia Photography Co. and Stillwater Creative Media, who documented each detail, interaction, and sun-drenched moment with intention and artistry.
