An Interactive Glam Booth Seating Chart at La Playa Hotel

At the La Playa Hotel, this wedding weekend was filled with intentional details that felt personal, thoughtful, and beautifully designed. One of our favorite elements of the celebration was an interactive seating chart created in collaboration with Karissa Paxton Events—a detail that quickly became both a guest experience and part of the reception décor.
Guests selected a gold frame from a styled bookshelf, each labeled with their name and table number, and brought it over to the Glam Booth for their portrait. Every guest was photographed with guided posing and studio lighting, then their image was edited and printed on-site. With the help of Karissa’s team, the finished portraits were placed into the frames and delivered directly to the reception space, where they became part of the evening’s design.
By the end of the night, guests took their framed portraits home as keepsakes, while the couple was left with a visual memory of everyone who shared in their day. This is one of those wedding details that felt elevated, interactive, and deeply intentional—proof that when photography and design work together, the experience becomes unforgettable.
